Dashboard Not Loading Correctly

Ever since I first got my Xbox One, the dashboard hasn't loaded properly. The 'Community', 'OneGuide', and 'Store' tabs are all blank, and the adverts on the right side of the 'Home' tab don't appear. Basically, anything on the dashboard that is supposed
to download from the internet is blank. But I am online, and I can still access all other online functions. It's only the dashboard that fails to load. However, once every few days it will load, but I've not been able to figure out why. For example, one time
signing out and back in again apparently triggered it to load, but then it didn't work the next time.

During the time I've had my Xbox One, I've turned it off and on many times, logged in and out, sent the machine back to Microsoft for repairs and received another in its place, replaced the wireless router, upgraded my internet connect and replaced the modem,
used both satellite and land based internet connections, and yet still this problem persists. It's not a huge deal, but I'd still like to fix it if anyone knows how!

Try signing in to xbox.com website and see if you can only see few options as you see on the Console..

If you see few options from the site as well , I blieve the account Xbox Live in question may be set to a different country than the another account. I mean a Country where xbox live is not fully supported , or recently supported like KSA , UAE , ecc.

To check the region of the account in question , sign in to
http://login.live.com , Click "Edit personal information "Tab , and check your Region\country.

Please Feed me back on that.

Hi, my gamertag should be in Bulgaria, because this was set in my hotmail account and I am in Bulgaria. I am not sure how to check the gamertag location. The second account that I create by default is set to UK and It have all the options that are missing
in my first account

 

If on the home page press LT+RT+Y this refreshes the home page hope this helps.

 

What you describe is usually caused by a corrupt profile , try and remove it from the console , then shut everything down , when it all comes back up , re add the profile...

 

I suspect my profile might be corrupted, but not just on my console. It was only a couple of weeks ago that I received a replacement console from Microsoft and had to redownload my profile, but exactly the same problem occurred right away.
