Dashboard loading stalls

I'll try to explain the issue I'm having as best as possible. I was gaming on 2/7 and when I was finished with the game I was playing, I went to dashboard out of the game, and noticed that the screen on my monitor stuck on black, and I didn't think anything
of it, maybe just a hiccup like I've experienced in the past, and powered down the system. The following day, my wife and I went to continue our play, and when I booted up the system, the console went on, but it took many extra seconds to load the Xbox logo.
Once it finally loaded, it started the loading circle icon, and froze for a good minute before it went to the dashboard. Everything else continued to work normal once my console was properly loaded, apps, downloads, etc. Even my disc drive was reading games
properly... UNTIL I dashboarded out of the game. The same problem happened to me as it did the prior evening. The screen stuck on blackness for 1 to 2 minutes, than went to dashboard. After it returned to dashboard, everything once again worked fine. I've
tried playing several disc and downloaded games, and they all do the same exact thing. It seems that my console is having difficulty going to dashboard, and I'm wondering if anyone has a solution or an explanation to this problem. I've tried several troubleshooting
techniques that I've found online. I've cleared my system cache several times, I've tried resetting to the latest update, I've tried deleting and redownloading my profile, I've tried removing my hard drive and tried a USB device, only to have it do the same
thing. However, I did notice once I did remove any storage device, and refused the system update, I was able to dashboard out of a game properly.... Any ideas or suggestions would help. I just would like to know if its a dashboard error, or if I should expect
the worse and purchase a new console. FYI... I'm playing on an old model... The halo 3 edition with a 120 gig HD. I've ALSO tried resetting my router, but still no luck.

Anyone else having a complete ******* nightmare trying to get madden to work?

Connected franchise, ultimate team, both a mess, both keep either stalling on a loading screen or replaying that stupid seahawks carolina match.

I have the exactly same problem since I update dashboard to the latest version.

 

My question at this point is does anything about this xbox one *** work properly because i am so frustrated im about to throw mine out the window..
