    Idk if there was a tester update today but i hard reset my Xbox and everything there nothing there just pitch black screen. No dashboard or home screen just side bar stuff when hit Xbox button on controller

    Thanks for the reply! I recommend trying a
    power cycle
    of the console.



    If the problem persists, try doing a
    soft factory reset of the console,
    Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out and let us know the results.

    Just started getting this error today. It only happens when I'm in a game and then try to go to "home" or "my games and apps". Seems like an issue with the dashboard not loading properly.

    my apps have moved!?!?!

    I noticed this last night,

    The design of the pannels is just fine however trying to find stuff is an issue, I have only touched the Games Marketplace one since the dashboard arrived.

    To me the dashboard layout should be "Bing (search), Home, Social, Games, Music, TV, Video, Apps, Settings"
