Dashboard Fades to Black

I was closing out a game when I went to Home, only for everything to suddenly fade to black. The Home button still works and accesses Games fine but I don't know what's going on and a hard reset hasn't fixed it either, what do I do?

Have you tried to Reinstall a Game to fix it..?

(Games&Apps-> select app-> "back or start"-Deinstall)

I takes a while but perhaps it can help..

Before i would try delete the Alternate MAC-Adress in Advanced NEtwork Settings..

Strange one have you tried powering down the console mate?

 

This just started happening to me too about 20 mins ago. The home screen is blank, but everything else still works via the guide button. I noticed there are multiple threads about this on the interwebz popping up so it seems it's a global issue. I stopped
mine from doing it by loading a 360 game and then closing it, signing out of the profile also works. Whenever I load another Xbox One game and close it - the home screen goes blank again until I either reload a 360 game or sign out of my profile altogether.
It continuously happens as a result of closing an Xbox one game while signed in to XBL.

 

Same thing just started happening to me.

 

Hey Guys! This issue should be resolved, power cycle the console and give it another shot. Post back and let me know how it goes!
