    Dashboard corrupted and not updating - Suspect live profile corrupted


    Hi,

    I have this exact same problem. And I've also spent countless sessions with an Xbox support person to no avail. I've followed the same steps mentioned above as advised by Xbox support and the issue still persists. It started early September after the update
    at the beginning of September. Before that it was fine.

    If anyone has an idea how to solve this? Although I think it might have something to do with the update? Thanks

    Can you run the Xbox initial settings on your console and make sure the
    Language and Local    , time and date matches your current region/country.

    If you have a second profile, try delete your main gamer profile (Delete Profile Only) and download a different profile to your console.

    Let me know if see any noticeable change to your previous behavior.

    @GentlestSum522 - Were you able to reproduce this behavior, by connecting your console at friends house/different network?

    Have any of you tried to just download your main gamer profile onto on of your friends console's?

    What are the implications of running the initial setup, ie what will i loose?

    I have a secondary profile, but it is a local one, not live. With this one, the dashboard works fine.

    Also, i don't know anyone with a console like mine, so i'm unable to test my profile on another console.

    You won't lose any data, or game process, by running initial setup. I just want you to confirm by going into initial settings that your console's local-, time and date - settings are set to match your current region.

    So, if you sign in with your local profile, the dashboard behave as it should?

    I've made the initial setup. No change whatsoever on the dashboard.

    Strange thing now is that the local profile also stopped working.

    Can you delete the main profile (Delete Profile Only) off your console. Don't download this profile from Live yet, and then restart your console and try sign in with your local profile. Is it working then?

    Ok, did that, now no matter what i do, local profile, no profile login, the dashboard always show the same corrupted information

    Hello,

    Did restore the network settings to the defaults, and all the other steps.

    Can confirm UPnP is working, the router is saying this:

    Xbox (192.168.1.4:3074) 3074 UDP - UDP Any -> 3074

    A new connection test gave the same results, all is ok!

    Still, the issue persists.

    If you haven't alrady:

    Go to Xbox Network settings and select Configure Network. Select the
    Additional settings tab and Restore network settings to factory defaults.

    Power off your console.

    Power off your Hitron BVW3653 for a couple of minutes and power it back on and wait one minute for it to connect properly.

    Access the web-utility interface of your Hitron and make sure UPnP is ticked enable.

    If you have a spare Ethernet cable, try connect your console with this cable, if the one you currently are using has become faulty.

    Power on your console and go to Xbox Network settings and select Test Xbox Live Connection.

    Post back and let us know how that goes and we'll work from there.
