    Dashboard changes when i sign in to live account


    When i switch on my xbox and connect it to internet i see all the features on the dashboard and when i try to open something it asks me to sign in to live account but by doing so all the features dosappear and i m unable to download any app

    Why my Xbox signs out my profile?

    The problem is when I play a game. First, I sign into my Xbox LIVE account, I start a game and it signs out my profile (not my LIVE account, my profile), and I got to sign in again and it getting annoying. It also happens when I exit a game and go to the
    Xbox Dashboard, when I want to change my avatar style and I got to do it again. Can anyone help me?

    How to Change your Xbox LIVE account information

    Overview

    It is possible to change information associated with your Xbox LIVE account like your name, address, phone number or email address.

    Note: You cannot change the country that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. If you have moved to another country and you would like to access Xbox LIVE from there, you have to create a new Xbox LIVE account in your new location.

    How to Change your name, address, phone number or email on Xbox.com

    1) Go to My Account and Sign In with your Microsoft Account. (This is the email and password that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account).

    2) Make the changes you want to your billings account information and then click Save.

    How to Change your name, address, phone number or email on your console.

    1) Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

    2) Proceed to Settings, and then select Account.

    3) Select Your Information, and then go to Billing Information.

    4) Sign In with your Microsoft account password.

    5) Change your billing account information and then click Done.

    In case you want to change the billing name on your Xbox LIVE account, go to Xbox.com

    Moved country but can't change a account settings

    You cannot change the country that your Gamertag was entered when you went through the creation process. For example, you cannot change from the UK Dashboard that has UK content etc to the New Zealand dashboard with a Gamertag. Your gamertag will remain
    as it was in the UK.

    You can sign into Passport.net and go into the Account Management and change your Local to New Zealand. However like I have mentioned above, everything on your XBOX 360 and the Xbox LIVE Dashboard will remain the UK.

    Console freezes while loading dashboard

    Thanks for the suggestion. I used the guide menu and signed out of my account. I then was able to access the dashboard. I cleared the cache and signed back into my user account and it froze again without loading the dashboard.

    I tried signing out again and got to the dashboard. I then signed in under my wife's profile which is not connected with an XBox Live account and was able to access the dashboard still. However, as soon as I sign into my profile or restart the console the
    dashboard freezes.

    Hi there. If you're looking to change the Windows Live ID associated to your account simply sign into your profile on your console, go to Settings on the dashboard and select 'Account'. From here you should be able to change the email address.

    To change your Email associated with your live account, go to the settings tab on the Dashboard.

    Select "Account"

    Scroll right until you reach the "Your Information" tab

    Select "Account Security"

    Select "Change Microsoft Account"

    Pick "Yes"

    Then sign in.

    Then you can edit the Email.
