Dashboard achievements tab can't load achievements

Hmm...this weird. Now I'm seeing my achievements. I just went to the dashboard, quit the achievements tab, and then started it again. Now it's back to normal. Hope it stays that way

On Xbox, when you download the game, the Next Achievements only show after you download them because they are available for you to achieve, because there downloaded to your console even if you do not start them. It is the condition of being "available" that populates them to the list. If you delete the game in question, does it stop showing the achievement in the Next Achievement tab?

As far as I am aware, you cannot hide the Next Achievement Tab in Game Activity.

Some explanations (sorry, some screens are in German):

XboxLive website: achievements are showing correcly

XboxApp (onWindows 10): not working correctly. Last unlocked achievement that is shown from 25.April 2017. Recently unlocked achievements shown as locked. However, it does show recently unlocked achievements from the game in the activity feed. Sometimes
the app does not load the achievements at all (says, problem with my internet connection, but the rest of the app seems to be working)

In game: Master chief collection completion status: 0%. Says I have 0 completed achievements. When loading the achievements for the individual games, it loads for about 30 seconds and then says “timed out”.

Xbox One Dashboard: The small dashboard on the left side does not load achievements, but it shows recent unlocks in the Notifications tab. I cannot show individual achievements for the game. It says 309/0 achievements. Other stats seem to be ok.

Under the Social tab on the Dashboard, press A on your Avatar & then click on Achievements to the right... Click on Completed Games, where your GamerScore is & it will show you all your completed games & achievements etc..

Why does this "social" tab have to be there? Can't my "achievements" be private? Can't ANYTHING be private?
