Dash board not loading PINS- connection error and latest update not showing up for download

So for the last week my pins will not load and I will get an error connection problems on the dash board. But I am able to see my friends list, I can play multiplayer, voice is fine, etc…The dash board Just doesn’t look right

Things done:

Hard reset (pressing power button for 10 seconds) – Same issue

Unplug power cable – Same issue

Restart the modem/gateway/router box – Same issue

Restored to default settings (this one hurt the most) – Same issue

Also I think this causing the xbox not to update to the latest update, it was released the 15th and I still don’t have it. Available updates in the settings is grayed out…Network tests all come back everything is OK...what am I missing here?

I really need some help with this guys,----> Don’t really want to update with USB recovery tool<----…Suggestions????

There Could have been a problem With the download you could delete it and go to download history in the dash board (Its Under Account) And find DawnGuard again that should work if not it must be your internet connection messing up the download

 

Pins not showing up

Same here, don't know what the deal is. Hopefully it fixes itself because I can't it seems.

What exactly is your dashboard version?

Please check at settings / system /console info. At version it should say xb_rel.1410 in the brackets as this is the latest public version.

@BobMcfly247 - I have the latest release now, but PINS still do not load

Any suggestions guys?
