Darkseid purchase has problems

Discus and support Darkseid purchase has problems in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought the Ultimate pack with no problems, but when I was trying to buy Darkseid, during the purchase it rejected two cards saying there wasn't...     Darkseid purchase has problems


    I bought the Ultimate pack with no problems, but when I was trying to buy Darkseid, during the purchase it rejected two cards saying there wasn't authorization, is the product damaged or what's going on?

    Injustice 2: Bought Darkseid add-on not avaible for download

    Hello.

    I purchased Darkseid add-on for Injustice 2 but when I go to admin games and add-ons it´s not avaible for download.

    It was perfectly charged to my credit card so I paid for it.

    Microsoft support game me instructions including reinstalling all the game, deleting my account from my console, restore the consolo to factory settings and so on. Nothing worked.

    Darkseid add-on is still in my purchase history but not in my console.

    What else can I do? Or else can I get the refund to my card or to my account (so I can spend it later in future purchases)? It doesn´t work so they sold me a deffective product.

    Darkseid code help

    Hey there HuNaB kU SkAtEr,

    Generally these codes are specific to the game in question and should be redeemed in game. If you search in the in game menus are you able to find a spot to enter in a code? The codes will usually come with instructions for redemption as well.

    It sounds like the payment failed to process, it could have been a temporary issue at Microsoft's end, or it was rejected via your Bank.

    the best thing to do is have a chat with Xbox Support who can look into it for you and help explain why.

    Generally the content is associated with your profile when you purchase digitally on Xbox One. You'll just need to ensure the DLC is installed by checking your Ready to Install section on the console. If you check there, are you able to install the DLC and
    use Darkseid in game?
