    Dark videos


    Hi, I own a Xbox on X and a Samsung 4K Qled tv. While playing games the image is great, when watching Netflix, the image is too dark and muted. I´ve being trying different configurations but couldn´t fix it. Any idea of what I can do?

    Same problem here with notifications.

    Also since the last update videos in Netflix and Amazon are really dark, almost too dark to watch. Just the videos, the menu and games are fine.

    Greetings!

    So we fully understand the situation, is this happening with any other app on the console or just Netflix?

    Let's have you
    uninstall the app    , power cycle the console, and then reinstall and test it once more.

    Is the console's color space set to PC RGB? If not let's set it as such in your settings > Display & Audio > Video Output.

    Post back and let us know how those tests go!
