Discus and support dark vertex skin not received after redemption in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I redeemed the dark vertex controller bundle on my phone and have not received the items.     I redeemed the dark vertex controller bundle on my phone and have not received the items. I don't have an Xbox and cannot use that to redeem the code. The redemption was successful and shows up on my Microsoft order history as completed, yet have not received
    the items. Why has this happened? I have talked to several Microsoft agents, but they pointed me Epic's way. I am still awaiting their response, but have not received and answer as of yet. Please help. I got the bundle as a Christmas gift, and can't redeem
    it. I do have a PC, but all the steps I have tried are not working. The redemption code was unused and unredeemed before I attempted to redeem the code. Again, the redemption of the product has shown up in my purchase history as completed. I would greatly
    appreciate assistance from either a veteran that has solved this problem, or a Microsoft agent that has dealt with this kind of problem before or knows how to fix this.

    Yes, thank you for confirming that you need to log into your Xbox account on an Xbox One console to receive the Xbox One exclusive content for Fortnite. With your accounts properly linked, the Xbox One exclusive items should then be available to you on other

    I actually had to log in with an xbox to receive the items. I do believe that the only possible way to receive the items is through xbox.

    I have linked my Xbox account and my epic games account, so there is no problem there. The Microsoft agent I spoke with said that all transactions were successful on their end, and the items should have transferred. Still awaiting response from Epic. I
    have also looked up possible scenarios on google, but there was no help there. I also have a question about linking and unlinking accounts. If I were to unlink my Xbox account from my Epic Games account, would I be able to relink it and see if that would have
    anything to do with it, or would I have to sign in on an Xbox one to see if the code is successful and only transferred to my Xbox account? I have attempted redeeming the code again, yet the results were in red text saying "This code has already been redeemed."
    I have tried deleting and reinstalling the game twice with the same result, as well as all other troubleshooting methods I could think of. I even tried resetting Teredo, a windows 10 function that I believe is somehow linked to Xbox live. The only result I
    had was the same. I still have not received the promised items. It must be something wrong with the communication between the Epic Games and Microsoft platforms.
