Dark vertex bundle

I recently purchased the dark vertex fortnite Xbox one s and my son is unable to find the dark vertex bundle on his epic account after applying the code. I have seen several complaints regarding this on the forums so I am unsure why this has been such
a common problem with the dark vertex Xbox. My son and I are both very disappointed that he is unable to use the bundle because that is the only reason I purchased another Xbox for his birthday.

I have been fighting this issue since july and have been given the run around by everyone. I was told by xbox to contact epic games because it was an issue on their end and then epic games says that it is an issue with microsoft and xbox so there is
nothing they can do. I am very disappointed in the lack of concern and assistance from xbox since this is our second xbox one s and I spent over $300 on a second xbox strictly for this bundle that my son cannot use. This should not be a hard thing to correct,
it should be as easy as re-issuing another dark vertex product key and disabling the old one.

Maybe the Dark Vortex have some insues, you try make contact with the Epic Support to see if the can solve this for you, and the your account have Live Gold subscribe active?

Yes, my live gold subscription is active. I have no other issues with my epic account. As I said in my previous message, I have been dealing with this since July 6 and have been in contact with Epic games numerous times. It is not a problem on their end
so there is nothing they can do. The problem is with the microsoft/ xbox product key for the dark vertex bundle so Epic said that all you would have to do is re-issue a new product key. I have my receipt for proof of purchase as well as my original product
key. I am not sure why xbox is so adamant on blaming someone else when you pocketed the $300+ I spent on this new console. Not to mention the $$$ I have spent on live gold to be able to play these games. This fortnite xbox was for my son’s 12th birthday so
the only person getting hurt in this is him and that is what makes me an angry momma.

Are you attempting to buy just the code off of somebody or you are purchasing the complete

Xbox One Fortnite Battle Royale special edition bundle? If you are purchasing the bundle then you can redeem the code directly on the console through the Microsoft store.

You are able to redeem the code through the Microsoft store on a computer as long as you are signed into the account that you play Fortnite on. Take a look at the following support article for help with redeeming prepaid codes.
