Dark souls update not downloading

Hey good news guys i just woke up and tried and it worked!!

 

@Alby - Good luck getting it working. As far as the Majula chest there is nothing given out in that event that you can't earn/purchase through the regular game. If you don't get it working in time - don't sweat it. You're not really missing out on anything
big.

 

Miller...... Your just one of those guys that says that stuff so I'll hate you.... Trolling isn't it?!,,,, not very nice :/ as for majula chest..... I wasn't interested in any of the items but the secret on next week,(probably a pendant) lol, I'm a stickler
for trying to get my character everything from in game bit of an ocd thing lol also I just wanna play online and punch people to death with my guns lol

 

Remember who you're dealing with here. It's most likely that the pendent in the chest next week will do absolutely nothing for us in the game. It would be just like From to do something like that.

OK so!!!, solution, harassed Xbox support and took HDD out for a long while as instructed, it bloody worked this time, hope it works for all of you

 

I had this issue as well. I went offline and started up the game as normal and went to the main menu. Here I went online and I updated the game and it the download worked.
