    Dark Souls Unable To Install


    I brought Dark Souls home today to test it out for my workplace, however after putting the disc in it says 'This game isn't playable here' and gives me a website for a list of BC games. However, Dark Souls
    is BC the last time I checked. My system is up to date, as well. The disc simply doesn't register with my Xbox One.

    Has anyone else had this issue? Is there any way to resolve it, or will I just have to return the game without testing it?

    I have some games I redeemed during gwg and with download codes that I installed then played and later uninstalled

    I now wish to play these games again . namely lords of the fallen which I got with gwg and dark souls which I got with dark souls 3 . both of these used to live in my ready to install list but have disappeared . I have went to these games directly in the
    store but it is asking me to buy lords of the fallen and says dark souls is not available but as far as I am concerned I own these games . why am I now unable to install them

    You can try to power cycle the console.

    I think I encountered this issue with a different game awhile back, just try again later. Can you get your hands on an xbox 360 console?
