    To Whom It May Concern,

    I pre-purchased a digital download of Dark Souls 3 on 21 February 2016 on the Xbox Store. The Xbox store advertised that if pre-ordering Dark Souls 3, a code for a downloadable version of the first Dark Souls would be sent to you in 7-10 days. I have an
    order confirmation number, but have not yet received a code for the download of the first Dark Souls game. What is the next step I should take in order to resolve this issue? Thank you for your time and effort in assisting me!
