Dark Souls Pre-Order Code

Just wanted to add my voice so I wasn't overlooked. Pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 back on 2/18, still haven't received my Dark Souls code.

I pre-ordered dark souls 3 and haven't received the pre-order bonus that was a digital code for dark souls 1

 

Preorder DS3 Deluxe but still no DS1 code

So I pre-ordered Dark Souls III but I never got the pre-order bonus of the Dark Souls 1 backwards compatible code.

 

Did my preorder on 2-19-2016. Still have not received my code for darksouls. This is false advertising. I want my code or give my money back. I have been patient. The ad says 7 to 10 days. As I am now on day 15. I am getting a little more than upset. If
you can't deliver what you promise then maybe you shouldn't have put that advertisement out to the public. At least I no I'm not the only one having this problem.
