    Dark Souls Not working


    My Friend just went on to the xbox live market place and bought Dark Souls. When trying to download it the download kept failing. When he actually managed to download it the game either freezes or crashes and sends him back to the Xbox Dashboard. If possible
    i would like for him to be able to fix this without having to replace his console.

    Note: He is using an Xbox Slim

    Dark Souls Code not received

    I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 with promotion for the free backwards compatible Dark Souls. Dark Souls 3 is great but have not received code to download Dark Souls.

    Thanks for any help you can provide.

    You may have an error on one particular section of your hard drive, try this.

    Delete the dark souls game from your hard drive, then go to the marketplace and download any free game demo, then re-download the dark souls game.

    This will put the dark souls game on a different section of your drive, and may fix the issue.

    We can play other games together, like destiny and dark souls 2. So its just dark souls 3 that doesnt work :(
