    Dark Souls Not Showing Up In Ready to Install


    I got Dark Souls in the June 2014 Games With Gold and it will not show up in my Ready to Install. I've been through two different live chats and have been removed from both the chats while they were looking into the issue. I would really like to be able
    to play this game again now that it's backwards compatible.

    Dark souls backwards compatibility

    I received my code for the dark souls BC. However, once I used the code the game is not showing up in the 'ready to install' section of My Games and Apps.

    Next Backwards Compatibility update

    dark souls is still not available. I got it with gwg and its not showing up in my ready to install list or in the 360 backwards compatibility section of the xbox one store. in fact a bunch of games are missing from the store including the other one from
    today and the ones listed a couple weeks ago.

    Dark Souls Not Showing Up In Ready to Install

    Hey there! First thing I'd do is to check to make sure it's listed in your purchase history here:
    live.xbox.com/.../history .

    If it is and you still don't see it, it might be hidden from the "Ready to Install" section - try heading there then pressing LT+RT+X to toggle hide/unhide.

    Heya FearGasIsTasty.

    Is it possible another account was signed in when you made the "purchase" for Dark Souls while it was a Games with Gold title? You would need to be signed in with that account in order to download the game.

    If the content is not showing up on your 'Download history', could you try signing into Xbox.com to check your
    My Games to see if it shows up there? If Dark Souls does not show up there, I'm afraid it sounds like the account you're posting from does not own Dark Souls.
