    On 10/24 I bought Dark Soul III.
    I played the game for 40 minutes, and, because i play on a xbox one fat, I realized that the game's performance was really bad (I checked some videos on YouTube, and it seems that the xbox one version is indeed very unstable), so I decided
    to apply for a refund, because playing a game like Dark Souls at, sometimes, 22 fps, is extremely frustrating.
    It turns out that even though I bought less than 2 days ago, played for only 40 minutes, the request was not accepted, because I "had already played the product".
    I tried contact support via chat and explain my situation, but it appears that "Phone calls and chats are not available for this problem.".
    I would then like to try to solve my problem here.
    Am I entitled to a refund?

    NOT

    For a limited time, purchase a digital pre-order of DARK SOULS™ III on the Xbox One Store and get the original Dark Souls playable on Xbox One When backwards compatibility becomes available

    @DENAz666, that is either a blatant lie, or you need to check your sources.

    1.) The link you provided is broken.

    2.) It does not say get Dark Souls on 360, nor does it say playable on the One "at a later date."

    Not sure who exactly is at fault here, but it needs to be made known, and an apology needs to be made. Many people were wrongly encouraged to pre-order this game, and this is not right. Fix it.
