Dark Souls III Game Problems

I recently started playing Dark Souls III (Digital Deluxe Edition). Everything was fine until I arrived a zone (Farron Keep) and then the game start with some problems. First, the game stopped loading the game textures and enemies
so I thought it was a mistake and exit the game to start it again but the game stopped loading my savedata and just kept loading the game (Loading Screen). I made a second character to keep playing but it stop loading my savedata on the same zone.

So I read in Xbox Support that uninstalling the game should be fix the problem. I did that and the game started to works again perfectly until I arrived the boss of the Catacombs of Carthus (I had the same problem: no loading game textures and enemies) and
then I exit the game and again it stopped loading my savedata.

I uninstalled the game again and the storage saved data (I read that it could fix the problem) and then it works again until I defeat the boss Yhorm The Giant I used the fast travel to Firelink Shrine and everything was fine until I tried to fast travel
again to a different zone and the game stopped loading the game.

I made a second character to see if the problem happened again but now I can't even play a New Game because the game keep the loading screen forever.

Later I will post some clips with these problems so you guys can see the problem. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

Well, I actually deleted both of them, the cloud saved data and the storage saved data once but the problem still happens. I don't even know what I do to trigger this issue because after installing it again the game works fine until I enter a new zone and
then suddenly all these problems (No loading enemies, game textures, infinite loading screens) appears again.

Anyway, thank you for taking your time to answer. I still going to try more options.

@DENAz666, that is either a blatant lie, or you need to check your sources.

1.) The link you provided is broken.

2.) It does not say get Dark Souls on 360, nor does it say playable on the One "at a later date."

Not sure who exactly is at fault here, but it needs to be made known, and an apology needs to be made. Many people were wrongly encouraged to pre-order this game, and this is not right. Fix it.
