Dark Souls III False Advertising

The advertisement for Dark Souls III says that individuals who pre-order the game from the xbox store should receive a code to play the original Dark Souls on the Xbox One within 7-10 days. I have not received a code despite having ordered the game on the
18th of last month (more than 10 days ago) and have furthermore been informed by a Microsoft employee that the game is not even playable on Xbox One yet. This is clearly a case of false advertising and request that the ad be changed so it is no longer deceptive.

Just received my dark souls 1 code ......... But wait for it

The deluxe package description said:

For a limited time, purchase a digital pre-order of DARK SOULS™ III on the Xbox One Store and get the original Dark Souls playable on Xbox One

NOT

For a limited time, purchase a digital pre-order of DARK SOULS™ III on the Xbox One Store and get the original Dark Souls playable on Xbox One When backwards compatibility becomes available

Sounds like false advertising to me

 

Dark souls code or refund

If I haven't received dark souls code by the 4th of march I will be getting a refund on my pre order thanks for false advertising Microsoft you scumbags

You guys made a very big mistake and it's making everyone very upset.

Your website and console information description of Dark Souls 3 are different and is causing confusion.

Here is the YouTube video I recorded with the consoles description of Dark Souls 3 which states after 7-10 days you can play the game. It's still false advertisement even if it was a mistake.
