Dark Souls III Deluxe Edition: Missing Season Pass Download

I had pre ordered the game and the season pass didn't go in to the que like the game did and now the game has been out a couple days. I go to manage game there is nothing listed I can click show all add ons it brings up the season pass in the marketplace
results screen. upon clicking thisit brings me to the page were instead of download it says manage when clicking manage it takes me to a blank screen with dark souls 3 - season pass as a header but nothing else no buttons to click or anything.

Dark Souls III Deluxe Edition: Missing Season Pass Download

I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition of Dark Souls III, which comes with the Season Pass bundled. However, when I select it and click 'Manage Game', the season pass is not available to download. Isn't it supposed to appear there since I purchased it?

but when the dlc comes out for the game you should be able to download it without a problem

Hey, Killrcracker01! The Season Pass for pre-orders generally don't show up until content has been released for it. It currently varies from publishers. If it comes to release and that Season Pass doesn't show up, then post back so that we can look into
it further. Thanks!

@DENAz666, that is either a blatant lie, or you need to check your sources.

1.) The link you provided is broken.

2.) It does not say get Dark Souls on 360, nor does it say playable on the One "at a later date."

Not sure who exactly is at fault here, but it needs to be made known, and an apology needs to be made. Many people were wrongly encouraged to pre-order this game, and this is not right. Fix it.
