Dark Souls III Cannot Connect to Server

Discus and support Dark Souls III Cannot Connect to Server in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Is anyone else having problems with this? I can only play offline.     Dark Souls III Cannot Connect to Server


    Is anyone else having problems with this? I can only play offline. Have tried wired and wireless - no success.

    Dark Souls III Cannot Connect to Server

    I'm having same thing I did and update now can't log on server

    Dark Souls 3 servers were down for all systems. In advance of the update's arrival, Bandai Namco brought down the game's servers across all platforms. As for the update itself, it makes a number of changes and fixes.

    If you play the game now an update will roll and after the eventual sync you will be able to play normally.

    Started the game tonight and, as you say, an update installed. Still cannot connect to server. Any ideas???

    After applying the update, remove your profile from the console, clear your console cache and download the account again.

    If you start the game after this the info from the server with be retrieved normally and you can start playing online again.

    Dark Souls III Cannot Connect to Server

    Removed profile, cleared cache, reinstalled profile and started the game. Verified who I was and then a screen came up stating "Syncing data for DARK SOULS III". Green percentage line slowly fills until it reaches 97% (about 10 mins). Then stops for about
    another 10mins until I receive the message "We were unable to sync your data with the cloud just now" with an option to try again or use offline. Selected try again (and again, and again, etc, etc) Actually got to 99% on one occasion but never completed. Then
    tried to play offline and I've lost all my saved games.

    Gutted

    Any other suggestions?
