Dark Souls Game Code Not Received

Right I don't know about everyone else but I'm at the end of my tether with Xbox they have taken the *** out of us enough I will be checking tonight when I finish work and if still no code I will be calling for a refund at least I will be able to get the
division when it comes out I will post my results tonight

 

What a joke this is such a scam.

 

We shoulsd all get a free code for DS2 as this is just daylight robbery, come on xbox wtf are you doing???

 

Pre ordered dark souls 3 still not received code this was 11 days ago deal clearly states that we should receive our code 7-10 days after pre order what is going on? not impressed Microsoft SORT IT OUT!!!!!!!

 

Hi guys so I got a little impatient and just got off the phone with support I spoke to domonic who was helpful he tried to find any info about it he could I thought I heard him say we would have to wait til April when I queried that he put me on hold nd
went to find some info when he came back he asked if I'd posted on the forums so I directed him to this exact thread and was told wait 48hours for a response they will provide you with an answer and more info. The thread has been up over 48 hours with no response
this is a *** joke we need to spend the night drilling support til we get an answer or we all demand refunds and our free ds1.

 

I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 as soon as I saw that I would get Dark Souls 1. I even got the deluxe edition and I thought I would get the code and be able to play it before Dark Souls 3 comes out. Its already been 11 days
since I bought the pre-order and still no code. Does Microsoft plan to give everybody the code on the day or after DS3 is released? Why can't they just give us a straight answer other than just saying that we have to wait longer than what they had advertised?
Hurry up with that code Microsoft..

 

Pre- Ordered or Purchased the Dark Souls 3 for Xbox one 12 days ago. I paid $98.00 bought all of the extras. As it is now there has been no code for the original Dark Souls?

Still waiting. I preordered mine the 18th of February , maybe Monday I said but nope Microsoft gods graices us with shaft in ***. It's ridiculous they should keep their 7-10 day promise

 

Day 13....No code. DS1 not BC as of today. Told code will arrive 10 days before release of DS3. Dirty tricks by Microsoft. Twitter it out guys. Lets go Bernie Sanders on these *** holes. Your social media voice can effect change. Get a refund. Demand compensation
for the lies you are being told. Gamers unite.

 

not happy that the promotion promised 7 to 10 days and thats clearly not the case.this was a key buying point for me as i wanted to play ds1 for a month before ds3

 

Ive just talk to support and they told me to post here to receive my promo code

 

I preordered Dark Souls 3 12 days day with the expectation from the pre-order that I would receive a code to play the original Dark Souls within 7-10 days. Maybe MS meant 7-10 business days. If that's the case, then I am in the 9th business day. I would
be nice to play it before Dark Souls 3 comes out, not after.

 

I haven't received my code either. This is bad customer service.

 

Hey game buddies. Just had 9th support chat and got the real info on our issue. Turns out the code for DS1 will be sent out 2 weeks after DS3 releases. When I pointed out the promo says 7-10 days, and btw it doesn't say business days, it says days, I was
told that yes, it said 7-10 days, but it didn't specify 7-10 days from date of purchase. They meant 7-10 days from day of release. WHAT THE ****! Worse part is when I asked what compensation Microsoft was offering for the outrageous lies they tell consumers,
I was told that it wouldn't be fair to give me any compensation since several people were also experiencing the same issue and they weren't getting compensated. WHAT THE ****? I have been tweeting my outrage and you should to. Super ***, disenchanted, bitter
and frankly a little hurt to be lied to by an old friend I trusted. Trading in for PS4 I suppose. Dirty tricks suck!
