Dark Souls 3 Deluxe the pre code not received

On February 27, 2016, I purchased the Dark Souls 3 has not received game changers from pre-order Dark Souls codes , please help me! I've contacted chat support a couple times about this issue but they sent me over here. The issue is that i have not received
my Dark Souls code yet.

I pre-order dark souls 3 and have not received my dark souls 1 code. Please assist.

 

Wtf I'm like 10 days in. I guess I'm in for a much longer wait. Only reason I pre ordered this was for access to dark souls.

 

Only in ancient legends will be a day where an undead will be chosen.........Today is not that day, still no code and going on like two weeks time now, I dunno :-( Trying to be extremely patient.

 

I was told by chat support to post that I haven't recieved my code for dark souls 1. I preordered dark souls 3 deluxe edition 12 days ago. Thanks

I haven't received my Dark SOuls part one download code that I should have received for pre-ordering Dark Souls III. I had been in touch with Xbox online support, and she (Ariel) gave me this link and told me to sign into my account and send the message
that I have yet to receive the download and it has been 7 to 10 days... Thanks!

 

Hi there Dark Souls isn't backwards compatibly yet so that could be why you haven't received a code but once it is you should receive it

so i pre-ordered dark souls 3 and its been 11 days and i can see people playing dark souls 1 on xbox one i was told by the support team to go here for help with getting my code.

As the title says, I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 11 days ago and have yet to receive my code for Dark souls 1.

I also purchased Just Cause 3 10 days ago and have not received my code for Just Cause 2.

I appreciate your help in resolving this matter!

10 days...No code =( just finished DS2 and was looking forward to playing the first one before the new game came out..

 

Have not received code for dark souls 1 for pre ordering dark souls 3 its been 12 days. i have checked everyday for the code and still waiting.
