Dark Souls code still not received

I preordered the Pre-Order Deluxe Edition of Dark Souls 3 which was supposed to come with a download code for Dark Souls 1 within 7-10 days of my purchase. It's now been 15 days and I have not received the code Even though Dark Souls 3 indeed does appear
in "my games and apps." I purchased the game on February 18th, 2016
