    Message with code has gone

    I preordered Dark Souls 3 and received a message from Xbox with a code for Dark Souls 1. I did not use this code. Now the message has gone. Is there any way to get the message or the code for Dark Souls 1?

    I've just read in another post that even if you receive the code Dark Souls isn't backwards compatible yet.Can anyone tell me how I arrange a refund?

    Hey dude,

    Codes are usually generated 7-10 days, and will be sent to you through xbox messages. Also, it only stated that the codes will be generated after 7-10 days, however doesn't state whether that is 7-10 days after you pre-order, or after the game is released.
    So it could be either

    "For a limited time, purchase Dark Souls III on the Xbox One Store and get Dark Souls for Xbox 360, to become playable on Xbox One at a later date. The code for Dark Souls will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days."

    Dang, too late to edit. I have read aroudn the forums a bit, and can see that they are all expected to be sent out on the 4th, so you should be right Dark souls code or refund :)
