    it can take while for you to receive the code, can take upto ten days. maybe official support can enlighten you.

    The Dark Souls codes were delayed due to an issue. You should be receiving your code within the next day or so as waves of pre-order codes have been confirmed going out yesterday afternoon. Be on the lookout for your code in your Microsoft Account email
    address.
