Dark souls code not received.

About 10 or 11 days ago I bought dark souls three for the code for dark souls and have not received it after chatting with xbox support I was sent to this link. Any help?

I have not received my code either and it has now been 12 days since I preordered Dark Souls 3.

 

I will also post that I have not received the code despite a purchase on 2/16

 

I would like a refund. I didn't need to tie up $60 for 6+ weeks just to get access to a 4 year old game 2+ weeks after the release of the 3rd game with no guarantee that it will be BC any time in the near future.

MS, please refund my $$

 

Same here. I did not buy DS3 for the code to wait that long. YOU gave us false information and think we should be refunded because you have provided false info and ha e not changed it on Xbox 1 you are leading us into a trap. Last time I pre-order from xbox.

support who said codes will be sent 7-10 days after ds3 is released because people will get codes and cancell the pre orders I asked for a refund and phone just went dead I will try again shortly and let people know if I actually get a refund. I suggest that
you all phone up for refunds as well so Microsoft knows how *** we are about there false advertising and lack of help we get

a new post if you don't receive your Dark Souls for Xbox 360 code by the end of Friday, Mar. 4th.
