Dark Souls code never received

I purchased the deluxe edition of Dark Souls 3 on this account. It has been longer than 5-10 days and I still have not received my code for a copy of Dark Souls (for backwards compatibility use).

I bought dark souls 3 and never received my code for dark souls 1.

 

Dark Soul, waiting for the code

I pre-ordered Dark soul 3 on Feb.18th but never received redeem code for Dark soul 1.

 

I also have not received my dark souls code from my pre-order. It has been over a month.

 

Yeah same problem as well. Still no code after 10 days.
