Dark Souls code for xbox on

I ordered Dark Souls 3 on the 25/03/2016

I was meant to get a code for the original Dark Souls within 10 days.

I have still not received the code.

Can someone check this for me ?

I was given the above ref from the chat team and was given a code from Mister Beep which did not work.

I purchased Dark Souls III on February 20th and I have not received the code for Dark Souls yet, I have checked my Xbox messages and my email and still didn't find the code. Please send the code for Dark Souls.

To clarify, did you purchase the game the Xbox Store or did you purchase the game from elsewhere? If you purchased it from a separate retailer you would need to reach out to them in regards to the code.

Can I also add here that my dark souls one from pre-orders is missing from mail. That should be the last code I lost.

 

I preordered ds3 and was supposed to get ds1 code. I've been waiting since April 11. It was supposed to be 1 week.

I talked 3 times. To tech support. I ordered it April 11 at 830 pm. The Microsoft email confirmation I recieved on April 11 said I ordered it on April 12. I was told it was because the email server was on another time zone. I did preorder. The website
I used still had preorder on it with the ds 1 game and expansions for 79 I think it was.

I was told by ms support the way to get the game was leaving this post. I don't understand why leaving this message couldn't
