Dark Souls code for Dark Souls 3 Pre-Order

Hello,

I never had issue getting my codes from MS in 8 years ... Maybe 9 now .... But, since my Unravel Pre-Order I seem to be having issues. I did not receive my code for Dark Souls 1 & as I mentioned before the same happened with my code for the Unravel Avatar
Item (It was resolved pretty quickly to be honest. About an hour after I posted my issue here I got a private message with my code in it!)

Anyway, I hope it can be resolved as quickly this time.

Thanks for answering me!! I honestly do not remember what day I bought it. Pretty sure it's beeen 10 days or more but I will check it out. I just didn't want to take any chances after the issue I had with the Unravel Pre-Order.

Once you find out that purchase date through
Microsoft Commerce, let us know if it's been 10 days or not. From there we'll be able to assist further!

Well, my bad! I guess I read the date of the purchase I did just before Dark Souls 3, as it was on the 10th & Dark Souls 3 was the next one on the list on the 15th . Sorry to have bothered you for nothing.
