Dark Souls can't be installed on Xbox One

Even though I have Dark Souls on Xbox 360, when I try download it on Xbox One it forces me to the screen where I purchase the game, and when I press Show price it says "At the moment, this cannot be purchased on Xbox One. (0x8c150020)" , which is a lie,
because there are videos of people playing it in the description of the game. It doesn't appear in the ready to install section either. It says that the game is backwards compatible on this very website so why can't I download it?

Dark Souls 3 pre ordered, no pre order bonus code supplied.

I have pre-ordered, and installed Dark Souls 3 on my Xbox One. I pre-ordered this last Tuesday and have NOT received my code for the Dark Souls download for the Xbox One. It's been well over 7-10 days since my pre-order was placed. Any help?

MTA: The codes are being sent out today, so everyone should be getting them very soon.

Its also worth noting, that the backwards compatible game Dark Souls is not actually available yet anyway, as stated on the Dark Souls 3 page

I don't imagine it will be too long before its released though, probably around the time the game is released

There is a service alert up at the moment so that may be the issue.

Says the service is fine for me, but now it says "Bundle only' in place of "Show price", but when I press it, it says there aren't any bundles! What the heck Xbox?

Are you still running into trouble with downloading the game? If so, try a quick power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. Once you start your Xbox One back up try downloading the game once more from your Ready to Install list. Let us
know how it goes

 

I've tried doing a power cycle, but it still says that I can't purchase it, and it's not on my Ready To Install list ;(

I did get Dark Souls from Games With Gold, but I've veen able to install other Games With Gold. Thanks for replying though.

 

Also, pressing ,Play on Xbox One" on the game options from the Xbox 360 just tales me to a screen with some Xbox One games on it, and some trailers.
