    If you believe someone is violating the ToU/CoC then the only way to report them is via your console
    enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo

    If there is an issue with the games servers then it's down to the games developers to fix.

    Hello wasago02 you should report any players that have been hacking as Daft Badger suggested but in the case of red dead redemption dont be to quick to report people as they could be only using aim assist that is available to them through gamplay settings
