    Dark Souls 3 Deluxe the pre code not received

    On February 27, 2016, I purchased the Dark Souls 3 has not received game changers from pre-order Dark Souls codes , please help me! I've contacted chat support a couple times about this issue but they sent me over here. The issue is that i have not received
    my Dark Souls code yet.

    Please help me to solve!thks!

    i Pre orderd dark souls 3 deluxe edition and was told by an xbox supporter to wright here for a code for xbox one dark souls.

    Just found this reply in another thread Sincere apologies for the delayed code send. We're definitely aware of this issue, and we've passed your information along to the appropriate team for this promotion. We're aiming to send the next batch by the end
    of this week, and codes will continue to go out near the end of each week.

    I'm sorry but I haven't got this answer yet and I'm on my 8th/9th thread you should have the codes ready and the game already on the backward compatibility going by the promotion falsely advertised each day I'm getting more *** at Xbox. Here is my promotion
    to Xbox if you give me a solid answer and get this fixed I will stop making threads!!! Well 7-10 days after the answer and fix
