Dark Souls 3 Promotional Code not received

I had preordered Dark Souls 3 and have not received the code and I preordered this Feb. 17. I am really wanting to get this code so I can play this game. Please respond as soon as possible.

Pre-ordered Dark Souls 3. Still haven't received the promotional code for Dark Souls 1 and would really like to play it please. I came here for the code so hopefully it'll get resolved.

Two weeks ago I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition of Dark Souls 3. A promotional bonus was advertised that included a code to download the original Dark Souls game. It was stated that the code would be sent within 7-10 business days, yet I still have not received
the code. I was wondering when they were being sent out.

 

I preordered dark souls 3 on February 19th and still have not recieved my code for dark souls one on xbox one
