Dark Souls 3 Promo?

I prepurchased Dark Souls 3 on february 17 and I was told I would receive a code for Dark Souls one in 7-10 days. Its been over that, and I have yet to receive a code.

I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 with promotion for the free backwards compatible Dark Souls. Dark Souls 3 is great but have not received code to download Dark Souls.

I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 almost 2 weeks ago and haven't received the code. The xbox support told me to come here and post so, yeah. I'll wait until March 4th but I don't know what to do after that
