dark souls 3 preorder bonus code

i still haven't received my dark souls 1 code yet and it has been 11 days -_-

Just wanted to know if I own a copy of dark souls will this now work on my xbox one seeing as this is now a digital preorder bonus when you buy dark souls 3 through the store?

 

Message with code has gone

So I preordered Dark Souls 3 some time around March last year. The issue is that as a preorder bonus I received Dark Souls 1 as a code in a message from Xbox around May. I never used the code due to storage but now the message is gone, I did not delete the
message it is just no longer in my messages. So can the message be retrieved or can the code for Dark Souls be retrieved?

Dark Souls is not Backwards Compatible yet. Once the game has been added to the BC list, it is my guess that you will receive your code then.

oh thanks for the reply, i though it was a bug of something due to the store saying i had to wait 7-10 days for the code, have xbox said anything about when it will be out on BC?

 

Not to my knowledge, but I would expect it will be added in line with Dark Souls 3's release date on March 24, 2016.

 

The preorder information says you will receive your code 7-10 days after purchase of preorder. Sounds like false advertisement to me, I'm so tired of Microsoft and its BS. Here's some advice Microsoft, quit worrying about money and focus on your customers.
