Dark Souls 3 pre ordered, no pre order bonus code supplied.

I pre-ordered Dark Souls III on Xbox One on Feb 16th, but have not yet received the download code for Dark Souls, yet. When should I be expecting this or how do I go about finding it?

 

Having the same issue here....it's been ten days for me....

 

I have pre-ordered, and installed Dark Souls 3 on my Xbox One. I pre-ordered this last Tuesday and have NOT received my code for the Dark Souls download for the Xbox One. It's been well over 7-10 days since my pre-order was placed. Any help?

 

Totally agree. Cheating customers, Sony is no such, probably have to sell the XBOX and buy PS.

 

On February 19 I bought Dark Souls 3. For pre-order I was supposed to receive a code for Dark Souls. It has been 10 days, but the code never sent.
