Dark Souls 3 pre ordered, no pre order bonus code supplied.

I pre ordered Dark Souls 3 on 2/16/2016. Stated through the Xbox One market place a code would be provided redeemable for Dark Souls within 7-10 days. Today is 2/26/2016 and I have still yet to receive my code. After contacting customer support I was prompted
to post my issue here.

I pre-ordered dark souls 3 and haven't received the pre-order bonus that was a digital code for dark souls 1

 

Preorder DS3 Deluxe but still no DS1 code

So I pre-ordered Dark Souls III but I never got the pre-order bonus of the Dark Souls 1 backwards compatible code.

 

Day 11, no code. No resolution. No help. apparently Xbox has taken to false advertisement.

 

Just got an email stating that dark souls BC hasnt even had a release date. So falsified information provided in hopes of a preorder for an item not even verified to be released before the 3rd installment. So i guess xbox has now altered the english language
as well as sunk to false advertisement. 7-10 days now means indefinately. Wow.... Just wow. Oh and no where to file a complaint, no refunds no nothing. Garbage service. I guess sony will get my business henceforth. Im just *** ive already wasted my money on
this business for so long.

 

Hi, I bought Dark Souls 3 Deluxe edition 10 days ago in a promotion where I would get a code for the DS1. 10 days l still didn't get the code

Hello, I pre ordred dark souls 3 on feb 16 and haven't received my code yet. I already own the game on the 360 and was wondering how I could get my code. Belle in the support chat linked me to this page.

Please help me out here, being able to play this game (and a couple others) on the 1 is the primary reason I upgraded from the 360. Thank you!

I have not received my code that i bought along with Dark Souls 3. I preordered it on Feb. 17. I would like to receive that code soon... I did pay for it...

Pretty sure i ordered around the 16-17. Still no code. Contacted xbox support, said to keep my eyes on the threads here and to wait a little bit more. Gotta love False Advertising.
