Dark Souls 3 Pre-order - Never received the code for DS1

I purchased the game at 16.02.2016 but I did not received any message with the code to redeem Dark Souls 1 through backwards compatibility.

I talked to the support and they told me to:

1) Get in touch with the developer

2) Wait

3) Post here

What should I do? It just doesn't feels right.

I pre-ordered dark souls 3 and haven't received the pre-order bonus that was a digital code for dark souls 1

 

Haven't gotten it yet either. I just want to play dark souls... Dark soul 2 sotfs is alright but doesn't even compare.

 

Still waiting for mine too! Purchased my on the 17th. Hopefully by Monday it will be available. It's kinda a tease to say you're going to offer something and not do it.

Yep. Same boat, the 7-10 days have come and gone. No Dks1 download code...

 

Hi there dark souls 1 is not yet backwards compatibly so that is why you have not received a code once it is you will get a message on Xbox one to redeem a code.

 

Yea? Then I guess they shouldn't have advertised 7-10 days for the code to be delivered huh? Especially if it wasn't even backwards compatible.. BS..

 

So when is going to be BC? Kinda lame to say it's a go and get people to pre-order when it's not even available. i could have done something different with $60 for the next 6+ weeks.

Heard rumors from other posts that the game won't be available until 2 weeks or so after release of DkS 3. That would really suck and be a stupid incentive to preorder. Why would I be that interested or motivated to play DkS 1 after DkS3, unless the game
really sucks ***. Such a disappointment from MS and Namco. Would have loved to have the original game BEFORE the new game's release. It's silly that we can't get it before, it's not like we can get a refund on digital pre-orders anyway. MS step up and
make the gamers that bought into your misleading (read fraudulent) advertising whole.

Im right there too. Bought it still no code. This really makes me angry nowhere on the xbox store did it say "after release" i got a 3grand library. Screw me on this one microsoft and ill take my *** money to sony!
