Dark souls 3 pre order. missing dark souls code!

I bought the deluxe pre order on February 21st. I still do not have the dark souls code. I contacted Xbox support several times all pointing fingers elsewhere. After emailing Bandai Namco directly I got a response stating that I needed to go back to Xbox
again and they had no idea what I was talking about. I just want my code and am sick of this "game" that Xbox and Bandai Namco are playing. I feel like a tennis ball just getting hit back and forth just to eventually go out of bounds and get forgotten. Please
help me and everyone else who is experiencing this same issue.

If you pre-ordered a physical copy of the game from a retailer, you will receive the code when the game releases.

If you pre-ordered a digital copy of the game from the Xbox Store, you will receive the code via your Xbox Live Messages within 7-10 working days of placing the pre-order.

When you receive the code, you can redeem it at
http://xbox.com/redeemcode.

I pre-ordered my dark souls 3 digital copy on the 25th February. And yet today I still don't have my dark souls 1 code. After countless calls tp Microsoft and Xbox live support I'm getting absolutely no help and no answers and I'm sick of it. I simply want
my code and that's it!
