    Dark Souls 3 Pre-Order Code Not Delivered


    I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 over 10 days ago and I still have not received a download code for Dark Souls 1. What's going on? And I'm not the only one, most people that I have talked to have not received a code yet either. The description of the Pre-Order
    stated that the code would be delivered in 7-10 days, so what's the deal?

    Hi, Dark Souls 1 is currently not backward compatible yet. When it does become compatible, then you will probably get your code.

    I pre ordered dark souls 3 on February 17th. I am aware that pre ordering this game digitally came with a code for the dark souls backwards compatible game. It has been thirteen days and still no code.

    @DENAz666, that is either a blatant lie, or you need to check your sources.

    1.) The link you provided is broken.

    2.) It does not say get Dark Souls on 360, nor does it say playable on the One "at a later date."

    Not sure who exactly is at fault here, but it needs to be made known, and an apology needs to be made. Many people were wrongly encouraged to pre-order this game, and this is not right. Fix it.
