Dark Souls 3 pre order and Dark Souls 1 code issue

I pre ordered dark souls 3 deluxe edition. I did this because it stated i would get dark souls one for xbox one in 7-10 days. It has been 15 days and i have not received my game/code. I only pre-ordered to get access to the first game, otherwise i would
have waited for it to release and check reviews. I would like to either get my money back or get my code as promised.

I pre-order dark souls 3 and have not received my dark souls 1 code. Please assist.

 

I was directed here from support after first they jerked me around saying it would arrive by the 28th then when the 28th came they told me " oh it's actually business days, you have to wait till the second of March" Well it's almost 11pm on the second of
March and I have no code. I just want to play Dark Souls, please. I just want my code that I paid for. I wouldn't have preordered the game if I knew I wouldn't get the code.

 

I mean i'm not trying to unreasonable, but they offered a service in order to generate some pre-orders. Even though it is a dark souls game, i have been burnt by pre-orders more often than not lately. I would much rather wait and see reviews before i blindly
give them my money. I just feel they should be held to their promise. They offered goods in exchange for my money weeks before they will deliver a product and they did not deliver as promised. I mean can we "promise' we will pay for xbox live gold and still
get the service? If we dont pay on time we get cut off, it should be the same for them.

 

i just got done talking to Xbox Support for the fourth time in the last 3 days. they keep assuring me that i'll get the code and i've called them on every line that they say but they just ignore me. the promotional team probably to doesn't even exist and
they're probably sitting on their hands doing nothing. I talked to Bandai and Fromsoftware and both of the companies have no idea whats going on so it's literally JUST microsoft that isn't holding up their end of the deal. i'm half tempted to try ans pry xbox
gold time from them because I paid for their service and they aren't accomodating it.

 

Same here more than 2 weeks and no code for dark souls !
