Dark Souls 3 original Dark Souls code

This past Friday (March 25th) me and and my friend had pre ordered Dark Souls 3 on the Xbox store. He received his code within an hour. I still haven't received mine. I had called Xbox support yesterday to ask what the issue was, and I was told the promotion
is over and will not be receiving a code, they wouldn't even take my name/gamertag information to check. If the promotion is indeed over how come my friend got his and the store information still says you get a code.

If someone could look deeper into this it would be great

I preordered Dark souls 3 on the 9th of April and I still have not gotten my code to the original dark souls?

Hey, ShamooShu! There is no way that your friend would have received his code within an hour. It takes 7-10 days before these codes are sent to Xbox Messages, and there is no other way these codes are sent out. If you do not receive yours by April 5th, please
post up a new thread so that we can look into this further. Thanks for understanding!

Pre- Ordered or Purchased the Dark Souls 3 for Xbox one 12 days ago. I paid $98.00 bought all of the extras. As it is now there has been no code for the original Dark Souls?

I preordered dark souls 3 the 17th of February the one that comes with the dark souls 1 code on the Microsoft store through the xbox one and I've not got the code for dark souls 1 yet.
