    Dark souls 3 not loading at alp


    So i wanted to play dark souls for the first time and i got to my games and apps and select dark souls 3. It launches me over to the xbox store where there is a button to hit "play". Everytime i hit the button it loads a bit and sends me back to the xbox
    store. Idk what is happening but plz help

    Dark Souls 3 Not Loading

    Hi, I recently pre-ordered Dark Souls 3, and downloaded it the same day. The game just released a few hours ago, and when I select it in My Games and Apps, it just takes me to the Xbox Marketplace. I've tried everything I can, and it still isn't working.
    Please help me out, I've been dying to play this game.

    Try power cycling your Xbox. (Holding the power button until the console shuts off and unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds) if that doesn't help try reinstalling the game offline.

    I am having the same issue, I have downloaded the game AND went out and bought a disc. Issue wont resolve.

    So far it's Dark Souls. I think Dark Souls 3 is better but Dark Souls is my fave as it was my first one. But I am predicting CyberPunk 2077 will replace it.
