Dark Souls 3 doesn't work

yesterday I've bought a Dark Souls 3 Pack. I could normally install it but then when I want to play it I keep getting stuck in the loading screen where it creates a new gamefile... I've but waiting now for 4 hours, can anyone help me please?

Elsewhere I want my money back

Dark souls one codes

I pre-ordered dark souls 3 in early February and have been waiting patiently for the dark souls one code but it doesn't seem to be coming. Can someone please help me. Thank you.

Dark Souls Code not received

I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 with promotion for the free backwards compatible Dark Souls. Dark Souls 3 is great but have not received code to download Dark Souls.

1 uninstall the game with your updates.

2 install only the game

3 after installing the game you can now install all the updates

For the refund of money on a purchase in the store perform the following steps

I have same game and works fine so Uninstalling it Will help much Or just Delete File save data and You may want to contact Xbox official Support at : Contact Us | Xbox Support

Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again
