    Dark Souls 3 Delux - No code received for Dark Souls


    I have placed a pre order for Dark Souls 3 (The delux edition)

    It states that I will receive a code for the original Dark Souls game

    I am yet to receive this code and would really like to play through the game before the new one comes out

    Please can this be looked into

    I have the purchase confirmation email

    Since this promotion had just recently kicked off, it may take an extra bit of time for users who've recently pre-ordered. It also will take 7-10 days for the code to get sent out.

    If you don't receive a code by the end of Monday, 2/29/16, please post a new thread so we can take a deeper look.
