Dark souls 3 champion gundyr not unlocking upon defeat!

I have beaten the boss champion gundyr, but the achievement is shows 100% completed but its not unlock.

What can I do to have this issues fixed?

Dark souls code

not recieved the dark souls code promised upon pre order of Dark souls 3.

It states 7 to 10 days in the discription.

i would like to know where the code is and why 7 to 10 days is stated if in fact we wont recieve the code till long after that.

its misleading

im not perticularly happy due to this being a key buying point for me with the promis of dark souls a month before dark souls 3 it would give me plenty of time to complete before the 3rd installment.

Thankfully Xbox has us covered with a couple of great guides to help you through this. You can find out more about various Xbox One achievement issues through this support article:

support.xbox.com/.../troubleshoot-achievements-challenges

- Please note that it can take up to 72 hours for Xbox One achievements to unlock. If it's been less time, it might not be a bad idea to give it that proper time.

If you've already checked that out, and your achievement has been at 100% for longer than 72 hours, there is a sticky posted by Mister Cerb here:

forums.xbox.com/.../1958241.aspx This sticky breaks down achievement issues by device. You'll want to double-check that you've been through all of the steps there. If you have done everything and the achievement has not unlocked, fill out the survey at
the end. It will be looked into further there.

Dark Souls 3's difficultly is actually lower compared to the previous games. The game maybe frustrating/annoying at times but there's so much satisfaction from defeating the bosses. I'd highly suggest playing as the Knight class if your new, so you can get
used to the game. Whenever Iudex Gundyr's darkness comes out of him, use anything fire. (Firebombs/Pyromancy)

Did yours eventually ever unlock? Mine is exactly same way but in Dark Souls 3, 3 years later..
