dark souls 2 dlc bundle

Just found this thread, I'm having same problem trying to purchase this item either via the website or the console. Currently on with xbox support chat who are looking into it. I'm in the UK.

 

Reply from support (after an hour of verifying, removing,adding profiles and billing details on my account and console):

'There is actually no problem with your xbox account or console. We have concluded that this is something to do with the add on digital copy which is displayed on our website which we need to report to our engineers for investigation as it is not only you
having this problem.'

'We really do apologize if as of the moment we are having issues with this digital add on that can't be purchase as we will go ahead and submit this case to our engineers. And I would recommend as well to post on the forums regarding this so that our support
on our forums can notify as well our engineers.'

 

Also having this problem, 80153048, and I've been trying since Friday. Everything is fine on my end, I just hope that it gets fixed on their end and the deals stays around long enough for me to get it.

 

Hi I'm also having the same problem with the bundle DLC. Like everyone billing is OK and trouble shooting steps didn't help. I'm from Brazil.

 

Hopefully, we'll see a post as to when the issue is resolved, so we can download.

I also have this same prob. Will be good if you informed your help desk as well. They made me do all the trouble shooting for an hour and still no progress. Do let them know, as no more time should be wasted, both yours and the customers. I hope you can
resolve this soon. Thanks.

I've gone ahead and bubbled this up to the appropriate teams. Once I have more information, I will post back in here for you all! We appreciate your patience while we get this DLC back to working order.

 

My transaction went through about 5 minutes ago, in spite of the Lizard Sqaud hack. Now if I could get my console to log in to Xbox Live I could download the bundle.

 

Thanks to this *** called Lizard Squad I can't download anything. My Console won't connect to Xbox Live. This is very frustrating and as I've already stated, ***.

SnazzyJimmyWim - I'm very sorry to see that you were unable to connect to Live. Are you still experiencing issues with that? Please post up a new thread so that we may address that issue individually.

Everyone! I've been told that this should be resolved now! Please attempt to make this purchase and let us know your results. If you are still experiencing issues, we definitely want to look into that more.
